The Vertical Axis Wind Turbine 20kW is designed to improve the conventional windmill by scaling down the size and changing the turbine rotation from horizontal to vertical, offering improved power generation, increased swept area, a more estethic integration in landscape, and low noise conditions. This provides an increased efficiency only demanding low wind conditions (2.3m/s).
Unlike the traditional windmill that uses a high wind knot to move the blades, our Vertical Axis Wind Turbine is lighter and smaller and more practical to have installed in any area, running efficiently regardless of any wind direction. A far more efficient system with low wind presence allows it to be used anywhere in the world with a low wind knot and yet able to produce sufficient energy.
The Vertical Axis Wind Turbine is matching the m2 wing area from a traditional windmill in a very light version using natural elements to spin the shafts to drive the permanent magnet generator (PMG). The stronger the windspeed, the more power is harnessed and with that, the Energy Storage System is filled.
The Vertical Axis Wind Turbine comes with an in-build Energy Storage System for a complete sustainable solution. The Energy Storage System can easily be both upgraded in terms of kW size and green profile as well as combined with i.e. solar energy.
Each part of the system is recyclable for environmental benefits and energy savings.

The blades which are made of advanced composite materials including carbon fibres for weight reduction, stiffness and longevity are 100% reuseable and designed to turn the kinetic energy in the wind into power that ranges from 10-40kW systems.
The pole is designed tall so that the blades are able to capture wind speed as low as 2.3 m/s to start spinning generating energy.
With the build-in Energy Storage System we ensure the power made is the power used and saving the surplus is no longer and issue as all energy generated is kept in storage and made available whenever needed.

Protecting the environment
Building and investing in sustainable energy solutions we aim to work with a full cycle of sustainability and protecting the environment. The Vertical Axis Wind Turbines are recyclable and therefore the production is non-chemical.
After the pole is produced it goes into a coating process. First, it is washed with high-pressure water to clean it from any dust or articles before the actual coating. The leftover water is filtered and reused. The washing process results in a smoother coating, protecting the environment. (Img.1)
Then the pole is moved into the powdering station, where it is coated using a powder coat instead of normal paint. The powder is free of toxic chemicals and solvents for safe use and disposal. (Img.2)
The pole is then moved into the heating process of xx degrees and is then cooled down. (Img.3)
This process release no harmful chemicals into the air and produce less waste.
